Sampling Department
The company has well equipped sampling section with all types of Sewing Machines. Also we take all types of samples in all categories. In this pre-production process, we discuss with buyer on color specifications, kind of fabric, composition, description, quantity, and details of embroidery, buttons, zippers, or any other sort of accessories to be used. Further we derive estimates of yarn consumption for development of fabric, dyeing, printing, and stitching cost for a particular style or pattern given by the buyer.
Fabric Processing Department
All type of knitted and woven fabric such as Jersey, interlock, fleece and all in 100% cotton and blended as per customer’s requirements / specifications are handled by our very efficient team in fabric sourcing. Especially we make well systematic follow-up to achieve the best quality.
Manufacturing Department
We have 5 units with total of 1500 power operated machines, including overlock, flat lock, single needle & other fancy servings like picoting, zig-zag scalloping, buttion, sewing etc. The total production capacity is 7,00,000 pcs per month.
Quality Control Department
Product quality is calculated in terms of quality standard of fiber, yarn, Fabric construction, color fastness, design and the final finished garment. As Customers demand quality and expect value for money we take all efforts to maintain the requisite quality.
Finishing Department
We have 110 no’s of ironing tables in finishing department and quality checking instructions are given to all stage of working like garment laying, ironing and packing. After cartoon making our quality team do pre- final inspection.
